How to Add Approvals App in Teams

Step 1: In Teams, click the ellipsis (...) on the bottom left-hand column.

Step 2: In the app search bar, search for and click on the Approvals app. This will take you to the built-in Approvals app within Teams.

Step 3: Once in the Approvals app, right click on the left-hand column Approvals icon. Click on Pin to pin this application to the left quick access tabs in Teams. This will ensure the Approvals app is visible and immediately accessible without searching for the app again.
