Type of the Notice: Process Reminder

Level of Impact: Low

Urgency Level: Low

 

Purpose: To provide a reminder to staff pertaining to Microsoft Authenticator and accessing MORPC Microsoft account. 

 

Details: We wanted to remind users to please alert ITS immediately if you notice any unexpected behaviors with Microsoft Authenticator or if you realize your account is locked out for any reason. It’s important to address these issues promptly to ensure your access remains secure and uninterrupted.


If you find yourself unable to log into Teams or Freshdesk though, please don’t hesitate to contact my cell directly (614-994-8490) via text or call. 

 

User Action Required: No additional user action is required at this time. (Although, I would recommend saving my MORPC cell number (614-994-8490) in your contacts list, just in case!)
