How to Submit a Ticket in Freshdesk

There are currently (4) methods for submitting help desk tickets to IT, HR, and Facilities:


OPTION 1: 


The simplest method is to send an email directly to support@morpc.org. This will automatically open a ticket and notify the team. Just include the Subject and the description in the body of the email. 


(Note: Please be sure to include any supporting screenshot images to assist in troubleshooting when available.)




OPTION 2: 


Navigate to MORPC Operations Help Desk. Click the Submit a ticket button in the upper right corner of the Freshdesk portal. Follow the prompts and fill in all required fields (denoted with a red asterisk). 





OPTION 3: 


Navigate to MORPC Operations Help Desk. Click the ? Help Ticket button in the bottom right corner. This is a live, interactive widget where you can submit your help desk ticket directly from the home page. Follow the prompts as you scroll to the bottom, confirm reCAPTCHA, then click Submit.





OPTION 4: 


Navigate to the OneMORPC ITS page. Click on the Submit a Ticket tile. This will re-route you to the Freshdesk Submit a ticket page as noted in Option 2. Follow the prompts and fill in all required fields (denoted with a red asterisk).
