Purpose: To notify staff of new printer accounting codes for both Xerox machines. New codes may be found here: 
2025 H1 Program Listing.xlsx
Details: (2) times per year, typically in January and July, the printer accounting codes are updated to reflect the current fiscal period. Please know that you will need to re-enter your new User ID/Accounting Code to save it for future print jobs. Should you have any questions about what accounting code to use for which program, please work with your supervisor to determine.
