User Action Required: Should you have an immediate need to print, please do so to the Lower Level Xerox currently located on the ground floor near Residential Services.
Purpose: To provide information on why the Upper Level Xerox is temporarily out of service.
Details: The Upper Level Xerox is currently waiting for a replacement waste toner cartridge.
Action Plan: Please use the Lower Level Xerox to print for Wednesday and Thursday. I will send a new IT Service Notice update once the waste toner cart has been installed. Additionally, we have updated the automatic supply ordering with our vendor to ensure this lag between orders does not happen again in the future.
